Chrysanthemum-shaped charcoal
Our charcoal plays an important role in providing
just the right temperature to coax out the flavor of
the Matsusaka beef.
The charcoal we use at Wadakin is the same
chrysanthemum-shaped charcoal used for the tea
ceremony.
It produces little smoke and no crackling or popping.
